The most beautiful hikes in Le Marche

A week of activities to discover the historical, cultural, naturalistic and, of course, gastronomic beauties of the Marche region. With a base for overnight stays in Senigallia, the program includes a series of excursions and guided tours to some of the most characteristic and distinguished places of this wonderful region! Transportation to the excursions and the guided tours is by bus or minivan, depending on the number of people in the group.

Costs start from € 990 all-inclusive.

ITINERARY

Day 1

Arrival in Senigallia. Guided walking tour of the city of Senigallia in the afternoon followed by a  welcome aperitif at the end of the tour.

Day 2

Excursion on foot along the ‘Franciscan Way’ on the Venarotta - Ascoli Piceno path (about 10km). Arrival in Ascoli, take part in a workshop to produce Ascoli olives (Olive Ascolane - a typical dish). Lunch. In the afternoon guided tour of the city of Ascoli Piceno.

Day 3

Guided tour of the historic centre of Ancona. Free time for lunch in the centre. In the afternoon excursion to Conero Natural Park. At the end, wine tasting at the Angeli di Varano winery.

Day 4

Guided tour of the Frasassi Caves. At the end of the guided tour and excursion in the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi Natural Park you can also visit the Temple of Valadier. Free time for lunch. Guided tour of the city of Jesi in the afternoon. Return to Senigallia and free time available in the evening.

Day 5

Transfer to the Val di Chienti and guided tour of the Churches of Santa Maria Piè di Chienti and San Claudio al Chienti. Transfer to Fiastra and free time for lunch at the lake. In the afternoon excursion to the Monti Sibillini National Park along the Macereto - Cupi route. On arrival, snack with pecorino cheese from the Pastorello di Cupi Company.

Day 6

Free morning and free time for lunch for all guests. In the afternoon excursion to the countryside around Corinaldo followed by a guided tour of the town of Corinaldo and a Renaissance dinner in Corinaldo.

Day 7

Excursion to the San Bartolo Natural Park near Fiorenzuola di Focara. Packed lunch or free time for lunch on-site.

In the afternoon guided tour of the fortified village of Gradara. Return to Senigallia and free time for participants.

Day 8

Return to places of origin.
